Drawback: service needs improvement.

During my transit in Dubai, I had the convenience of staying at Atlantis, The Palm, a hotel located within a reasonable distance from Dubai Creek SPB and Business Bay, making it easy to explore various areas of the city. I had the opportunity to witness the captivating marine life at The Lost Chambers Aquarium, where the myth of Atlantis came to life through stunning underwater views of 65,000 marine animals.

I experienced minor inconvenience due to the lack of communication between staff members, resulting in confusion regarding my dining options and room preferences.

Really had really good stay for one night. Our favourite, family-friendly hotel in Dubai with ever so helpful staff. Perfect location right by water park and aquarium as well as the shore, right at Aquaventure. Rich selection for breakfast.

During my transit stay at Atlantis, The Palm, I was captivated by the mesmerizing marine life at The Lost Chambers Aquarium. The underwater tunnels offered stunning views of 65,000 marine animals, bringing the myth of Atlantis to life. the hotel’s location, just 35 km from Dubai Creek SPB and a convenient 30-minute drive from Business Bay, made it a perfect stopover for travelers looking to explore the city.

While my overall experience at Atlantis, The Palm was exceptional, I did notice a minor issue with the valet and general speed of service. Although the staff worked diligently, there seemed to be a shortage in the valet and the imperial lounge, causing delays and leaving some guests feeling unsatisfied.

Overall it was neat with a nice wiew. We loved wake-up service available. The location was stunning to the Mall of the Emirates, really close to Aquaventure.

The waterpark's thrilling slides, like the Tower of Neptune and the Tower of Poseidon, kept our kids entertained for hours. Plus, the complimentary access to The Lost Chambers Aquarium provided a fascinating journey through ancient Atlantis. The Kids Club was another fantastic amenity, offering fully supervised entertainment for our children and giving us parents a chance to relax and enjoy the hotel's beautiful gardens.

My wife says that more attentive and efficient check-in procedures would greatly improve the overall experience for families with children.

The breakfast is exceptional for every taste and the location is fab. Extraordinary and magnificent rooms with a nice view are accompanied by helpful service.

The nice location was not very far from Shuiqi Spa and Fitness. The staff were happy to help providing a very good service. The staff was ever so helpful and highly professional when we had questions.

The hotel was clean with extremely great and very kind staff always at your service. The room was absolutely perfect and luxury and what's more - included a hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower. The breakfast was exceptionally good and gorgeous and served in the lounge area with lots of food. Had central location to the main restaurant where there was a long line.

Our room had a stunning large terrace with breathtaking views of the palm, which made me feel like I was in paradise. As an adult guest, it was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beautiful sights.

Personally, I found the oversized spa bath located in the center of the bathroom a bit too extravagant, but I can see how others might enjoy it.
